| VENUES |
Two Stadiums will be used: Cheng-Ching Lake Kaohsiung County Stadium Li-Teh Kaohsiung City Stadium |
| OPENING CEREMONY | The opening ceremony will be held on August 8th, starting at 18.00 pm at Cheng-Ching Lake Kaohsiung County Stadium, followed by the opening game at 19.00 pm (Chinese Taipei vs Japan) |
| WELCOME BANQUET | The welcome banquet will be held on August 13th (Rest day) at 19.00 pm at the Hotel Holiday Garden - Kaohsiung |
| CLOSING CEREMONY | Will be held immediately after the final game on August 17 at Cheng-Ching Lake Kaohsiung County Stadium |
| ACCOMMODATION | The Local Organizing Committee will be responsible for you accommodation, 3 meals a day and local transportation from the moment you arrive on August 6th until one day after conclusion of the tournament (August 18th) |
| COMPETITION RULES | The tournament rules will be played according to the 2003 Baseball Rules from the IBAF |
| DELEGATION SIZE | Each delegation may have a maximum of 23 Persons (up to 18 players, 4 coaches including the team manager and 1 head of delegation). |
| PLAYERS ELIGIBILITY | Any player born ON OR AFTER JANUARY 1st, 1987 can play in the tournament. |
| PRE-GAME PRACTICE |
There will be a 45 minutes pre-game practice
for each team, starting with Home team 1st. There will also be a 10 minute pre-game Infield practice for each team, starting with Home team 1st. |
| OFFICIAL BALL | The official ball will be MIZUNO MB-150, provided by the IBAF. |
| LAUNDRY SERVICE | There will be laundry service for game uniforms at the hotel provided free of charge by the organizing committee. Laundry pick-up and drop-off schedule will be provided to you upon check-in at you assigned hotel. |
| INSURANCE | Medical assistance and accident insurance coverage will be provided for all delegation members and tournament officials throughout the duration of the tournament, and will cover all official game events. |
