The WA outfielder was named in the All-Star Team at the 18U World Championships closing ceremony, following the Gold Medal game that saw the US take out top honors for 2012.
Australia took home ninth place last week after bowing out of finals contention. USA is the winner of the 2012 IBAF 18U World Championships after beating Canada in the Gold Medal game on Saturday.
Hargreaves’ position as an outfielder on the All-Star Team was well-earned during Australia’s campaign; ranking eleventh overall in individual stats for the tournament.
