The 2012 Cal Ripken World Series All-Star team has been announced, including four Aussie's selected to play in the All-Star Game.
The four players to make the All-Star team are: Jack O’Loughlin, Alex Hall, Jett Wright, and Jess Williams.
The All-Star Game will be played at the Green Pavilion in Aberdeen, Maryland, USA, at 6:00pm local time, 8:00am AEST.
The All-Star Game features two teams; team Bambino, which includes the four Australian players, and team Ironman.
Neutral managers will be coaching both teams, including a former Major League Baseball (MLB) player and a Baltimore Orioles scout.
Every player will be batting throughout the All-Star Game, while playing half the game in the field.
The Australian Baseball Federation would like to congratulate these four young men and wish them the best of luck in the 2012 Cal Ripken World Series All-Star Game.
