EDLICH SIGNS WITH MINNESOTA TWINS

Geelong schoolboy Kyle Edlich signed this week with the Twins becoming the 15th Australian currently under contract with Minnesota club.  Kyle, a left-handed pitcher, has participated in the last two Major League Baseball Australian Academy's and the Victorian Institute of Sport's baseball program.

Kyle got his start playing tee ball as a nine-year old with the Geelong Baseball Club and has been a representative mainstay since the Under-14s.  He'll lead the Victorian side in defending their Under-18s title this summer before reporting to spring training in Florida next March.

HUBER AT ARIZONA FALL LEAGUE

Justin Huber is batting .273 in 11 at-bats over four games with the Peoria Saguaros of the Arizona Fall League.  He's scored one run on three hits and three walks with a one double, two RBI and three strikeouts.
