38 DISSOLUTION
(a) Subject to Rule 38 (b), the Federation may be wound up in accordance with the provisions of the Act.
(b) The provisions of clauses 6 and 7 of the Statement of Purposes relating to the winding up and dissolution of the Federation shall take effect and be observed as if the same were repeated in these Rules.
