40 INTERNATIONAL REGULATIONS AND INCONSISTENCY
International Baseball Federation
For so long as the Federation remains affiliated or otherwise under the auspices of or associated with the International Baseball Association ("IBA"), it shall act in accordance with the constituent documents, rules, regulations and policies of the IBA, to the exten that the same applies to the Federation. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between such constituent documents, rules and regulations, or any of them, then the following order of precedence shall apply in order to resolve such conflict or inconsistency:
40.1 IBA; and
40.2 Federation.
