36 ALTERATION OF STATEMENT OF PURPOSES AND RULES
(a) These Rules (including the Statement of Purposes) shall not be altered except by Special Resolution.
(b) In addition, there shall be no alteration or amendment to Rules 38 or 39 without the consent of the relevant Minister or other authority under the Act (where required).
