32 AUDITOR
(a) A properly qualified auditor or auditors shall be appointed and the remuneration of such auditor or auditors fixed by the Board. The auditor's duties shall be regulated in accordance with the Act, or if no relevant provisions exist under the Act, in accordance with generally accepted priorities, or any applicable code of conduct.
(b) The accounts of the Federation including the profit and loss accounts and balance sheet shall be examined by the auditor or auditors at least once in every year.
