16 NOTICES OF MOTION
16.1 Notices of Motion from Member States to be Submitted
All notices of motion from Member States for inclusion as special business at a General Meeting must be submitted in writing (in the required form) to the Chief Executive Officer not less than 45 days (excluding receiving date and meeting date) prior to the General Meeting.
16.2 Notices of Motion from the Board to be Submitted
All notices of motion from the Board for inclusion as special business at a General Meeting must be submitted in writing (in the required form) to the Chief Executive Officer not less than 35 days (excluding receiving date and meeting date) prior to the General Meeting.
