12     STATE DELEGATES

12.1   Appointment of State Delegates

Each Member State shall appoint a State Delegate for such term as is deemed appropriate by the Member State.  A State Delegate must:

(a)     not also be a Director;

(b)     be an Individual Member of the Member State which appoints him; and

(c)     be appropriately empowered by his Member State to make decisions at General Meetings.

12.2   State Delegates as Representative

Each State Delegate shall represent his Member State at General Meetings of the Federation and shall have full power to consider and vote on resolutions at General Meetings.

12.3   Member State to Advise

Each Member State shall advise the Chief Executive Officer of its appointed State Delegate at least 21 days prior to any General Meeting.
